      Pros

      Company salary is not bad, you can meet and work with talented people there. I t is a nice place for people to challenge themselves and learn skills

      Kontras

      On call makes people crazy, which means you need to respond no matter what you are doing. Work load is high and work life balance (they call "work and life harmony") is bad. Job is not secured

      Good pay, interesting problems to solve, and smart teammates.

      Kontras

      No benefits (food, freebies, etc). I know one of the LP has to do with frugality, but wish they were less frugal toward employees
