Good pay, interesting problems to solve, and smart teammates.

No benefits (food, freebies, etc). I know one of the LP has to do with frugality, but wish they were less frugal toward employees

Lab 126 has a lot of bright engineers and designers, and resources to get things done and ship products.

Amazon's values are all about the customer -- the employees come second. That means you'll have fewer quality of life nice-to-haves.
