The main reason for these difficulties - and that's what makes them hardly acceptable as an employee - is that the company is led by financiers, who permanently strive to keep the margins at very high levels. That's a shame. That's why the company failed to obtain the label "Great place to work" as the employees were surveyed in 2015.
