Over complicated crappy IT system No career opportunities low salary menial mind numbing tasks Lots of French people that can't speak or write english Flat management structure Lot of brown nosing going on Location in the middle of nowhere Run by spineless robotic managers (ex developers should never be allowed to become managers ) Canteen Food was terrible
