horrible and useless - Software Engineer bei Amadeus: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was facing verbal abuse and passive aggression at this company so no I would not recommend it to anyone the HR is totally useless, only for recruitment and salary managers practice one way communication and don't care what employees on lower levels are doing unless it affects them personally employees on lower levels are free to play political games, intimidate and abuse each other - it's a toxic workplace filled with many small-minded mean fake coworkers I had to work hard to catch up with the current technology once I left to be employable - at amadeus my skills went downhill
