I wish I could give more than 2 - Senior Member of Technical Staff bei Amadeus: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There was a time when Amadeus Bangalore used to be a dream company to work for for most of the technical IT folks. But slowly upper management changed and now it's only politics. If you're a licker, you'll go high. Just create contacts with few people and keep on greeting them and see yourself at higher place, else just focus on your work, try to deliver on time, mentor others, you'll still be at same place. Anyway, slowly good people are moving out and this place is not what it used to be. People sitting at senior director post, will spend 3-4 hours in cafe watching news (isn't that funny).
