Poor Management Missing any way of doing things. If you want promotion/better hike, DO NOT expect, but literally, yell out. Non deserving managers with 11-12 yrs of ex can be promoted to Senior Manager, while some other much deserving ones will not, just because they believed in work and nothing "else"
