Pros

- Free food. - Can't think of anything worth mentioning.

Kontras

- No quality work. - Poor management, they don't care for employees problems. - Unfair policies - Variable pay is myth. - If you are leaving you'll most probably lose your variable pay. In case if you get(involves politics) your variable pay you'll atleast lose 4 months of variable pay and 17 months in worst case. Lost 14 months of variable pay in my case. - Hikes have been reducing year by year. Almost single digit hikes now. - Most of the employees are not aware of the hidden policies. No visibility of policies.
