Great benefits and pay structure. Every year you get an annual merit increase based on performance and where you fall in your pay range. Your day to day life is heavily influenced by your direct manager, and same with the work-life balance. I’ve had managers where I work weekends, in office all the time. I’ve also had managers where I barely ever work weekends and work mostly remotely. It greatly depends who you’re reporting to.

Constant shift in the organization as restructures happen. Minimal upward movement available for those in finance due to outsourcing. If you have a bad boss, you have a bad time at work.
