its all about salary , I should say, now I think I should change from here, first preference is for salary, second I want extent or increase or I should carve out cream from my professional skills, here I have adopted all those ,now I should leave my comfort leave and explore.so this is the downside i should say.

The owner & his wife are very sweet people but they do play favorites in who kisses their butts.

Over worked & under paid. Go through clients to much because the work isn’t on point & all issues are blamed on the provider not on the company. The owner doesn’t hold employees accountable for their mistakes.
