Good job, nice team, good people - Conract Centre Team Leader bei Altium Packaging: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been at Altium Packaging now for almost four years working here in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. I can genuinely say that I love working here and appreciate all of the people that I get to work with every day. Everyone is willing to step in and help and very fortunate to work with such great leaders.

The return to the office policy is a little strict but having a manager that is flexible and willing to work with me has made that much easier.

They do pay well and have good benefits.

Altium overstates their fantastic company culture and 'Guiding Principles' In fact, the real company culture is quite the opposite of what is projected. There are great people at the company that do great work. Unfortunately, those principles are not followed if it comes at any cost or conflict with operations. Many great, long term employees have recently left due to the new company direction under the new CEO.
