Majority of coworkers are hardworking. The company overall has the best intentions and genuinely wants to keep their clients happy.
Kontras
A lot of people are overworked and some employees who have worked there for over a decade seem highly unsatisfied and are thus unhappy and difficult to work with. A couple of tense and unstable senior employees who would throw tantrums and curse and yell and throw stuff to the ground. Lots of yelling between employees and management. One of the managers is currently getting sued by a former employee and we were asked to write nice letters about them to HR for their defense. That should have been a red flag to get out of the place earlier. Information is disorganized. Not enough support. Terrible communication.
