      Huge company (exactly a group of companies, working in construction of everything and production of building materials, transportation etc.) Interesting projects (including foreign ones) Perfect balance of work and life

      Kontras

      Wage arrears (do not pay salaries during 2-3 months is norm for the company) Black and grey salary (a lot of employees work without official contract)
