I don't even know where to start... Everything is a chaos in the support/non-engineering departments. Zero communication between areas, there's always problems because people don't know what they're supposed to do or where their work should start or end. Managers have no idea about leadership or what their team members are supposed to do. There's no training so don't be surprised if they ask you to do something you don't know how to do and there's no one to teach you. The RH people is the less human and impartial and she's going nowhere because she's been in Altair for an eternity, it's just sad. She is the vivid representation of how companies just use you as a work machine and how they don't even care about employees as humans with own lives.
