Base pay is low. Start at 40k, bump to 47.5k, then flatlines. Raises are never merit based and do not exceed 2-4%. All extra money comes from bonuses. Bonuses require much daily stress, overtime, and weekend work. Would require years of working here to get to average salary for this field. Poor communication with management. Poor training. Poor culture. Unqualified people in leadership positions. Poor work/life balance if you want to earn a decent salary (bonuses...)
