Pros

Allows you to lead a personal life. Travel only within the state of NC. Decent benefits. Great team of engineers to collaborate with. Awesome people to work with in all departments.

Kontras

The company makes NO investment in training it's employees or keeping their services team up to date with the latest technologies, yet expects them to be able to sell and implement those technologies. No raises or promotions, EVER. Management is clueless about where technology is headed and what products and services should be invested in. Alphanumeric has been laying off employees in spurts for the past year. A simple indication that the poor leadership is catching up to them.
