      Remote work very flexible, "unlimited PTO"

      almost zero career progression, from intern to analyst its the same task of data entry of newest filing during earnings season and building new models (more data entry). forever promising that new projects are around the corner and they never come. If you want to put your head in an excel sheet for a year or two it's a great place to be. not much actual equity research involved in the job.

      Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

      serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
