Very active and interesting job, but unprofessional management.

Unprofessional management, no HR, no any system in any department. Managing is based on lies and manipulations. Discrimination and bullying is a normal thing. If you want to be successful you don't have to do your job good, but you have to bring gossips to your managers and you also have to laugh at their silly, often abusive jokes .
