All of the other workers are a pleasure to be around. If you are new, they will throw you under their wings and treat you like one of their own. Very team and goal oriented. You can grow within this company if you are willing to work until 9:15 PM every night and work on Saturdays. If you don't mind walking all day, working until 9:15 at night this is the job for you, and your pockets will love you. Pay is performance based.

No matter the weather conditions-- heat, cold, rain, snow, shine, hail, tornado, lightening and thunder-- you continue knocking on doors. You drive somewhere, park on the side of the road, and walk until you hit all of your doors in the territory.
