1. first pros of aloha and Hoku . first I would like to info you what is Hoku , Hoku is Just a Good company which will give you a lots of work with mental harassments with lots of work for 12-14 hours in a day . 2. Your Saturday-Sunday is Officially Off but they always force to work unofficially .. 3 Third and most important is all TL and Manager are incompetent to handle a team , No respect towards Employee ,, OOh sorry not employee its resource . 4 They always abusive words with personal talks , after your joining you will know the reality of Aloha tech .I'm sure you will resign with in a week Becouse you lost your self respect . 5. Toxic environment for fresher and 1-2 years of experience. 6. HR policies are available only on the day of joining . They never Response your call or mails .Fake promises ,Resign is also never accepted officially . It is enough for your decision. feel free to join this toxic environment ..
