Please note: this is the feedback from my tenure between 2011 to 2016. 1. Very Good compensation packages. Probably the only company I came across where the Appraisals can happen as early as 6 months if you are being noticed & doing good. If mediocre to bad, then you have to keep on waiting. 2. If you are a bachelor then I will suggest you to go & explore the growth opportunities. You will definitely grow if you are passionate. 3. Parameters for growth is very strange, the number of resources you get, the more your salary grows.. Which in some sense is good. 4. Once you have established yourself, then very little supervision or micromanagement is done over you. 5. You can be in direct touch with the owners/ founders & wide variety of projects & from different timezones...Will train you for your upcoming career.

1. No HR processes at all in place, no engagement activities. No Appraisal process also, No letter, No feedback process also. If there is, I was completely unaware of it & it will be strange as I was a business analyst leading a team. 2. Work Life balance is as difficult as it can get for a married person. Well mostly due to too much work load & clients from almost all time-zones. 3. Too much dependent on some old people. Even a slightest of negative review by any one of them will screw all your good doings & rapport. 4. The higher level manager or management is very difficult to get along.. I did not have any format Induction process where someone will guide us to the company & people across or atleast the team. 5. Have seen some very sincere employees/ colleagues getting emotional since they are never appreciated & maybe they are planning to Fire him. If THEY feel that something is not right, then it feels like everyone is behind you, they will make your life miserable.
