I have the flexibility with my schedule to have work-life balance and I love my team! My manager is supportive and has my best interests at heart always. The work culture supports the development of workplace friendships, building each other up in the challenges we face and celebrating the wins that we achieve together. Whether I'm rolling up my sleeves to help a peer or celebrating a win at a company event, I feel good about what I do and where I work. I love being a part of the ALMACO family!

ALMACO is growing, increasing capabilities, and evolving right now in a very positive way. If someone is uncomfortable with that type of professional growth, they may feel challenged in this environment. But for me, personally, I wouldn't even consider this a "con". I love being a voice in the organization and having my voice be genuinely heard from the top down. ALMACO makes me, as an employee, part of the conversation and part of the growth, not just a bystander. I'm a big fan of this organization and feel lucky to be a part of it.
