Not Bad, but struggling a bit - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Alltec: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Was employed by Alltec LLC from Jan to Sept '16. I left of my own accord because I just wasn't good enough to make the grade. To succeed at Alltec you better be good enough to work with the most knowledgeable folks in the LSP business. If you are good enough, you can expect great management and leadership, forward thinking engineering/product development and selfless support providing all the tools to help you create cutting edge products that are unmatched in the industry. Generous compensation/benefit package, flexible time off and a wonderful work environment will await the successful applicant lucky enough to work at Alltec LLC.

Alltec is off the beaten path somewhat, so can be a bit of a drive for some.

Not a bad place to work for a short time. If you are not looking for a place to plant your roots it OK; take the pay and run as soon as you can and be prepared to be laid off or unjustifiably fired at any time.

A poorly run company of the worst kind because they honestly believe they are going to actually grow up some day. They think if they dress up in suits and ties that they will look like something other than a glorified Graybar Retail Store that they really are. CEO DOES NOT know how to run a business and takes good people down and blames them for his own ignorance and poor judgment. They want their sales people to sell overpriced product and services that no one wants and has never heard of (and never will because they have no money to effectively brand themselves). And the kicker is, when they are fortunate enough to make a sale, more often than not,they must jump through hoops to make sure they can afford to buy the materials in!!#
