      1.Work Life Balance 2. WFH but required pre approvals. 3. CAB Facility 4.WIFI campus

      1.Internal Politics 2. Everybody want to show case that they are superior over other. 3.NO Technical work at all. 4.No Planning and execution 5. Favoritism by Leads and Managers.

      Pros

      Able to control the workflow and make sure the required RMBC and UW are done.

      Corporate is in compretition with you. There used to be rules against competing brokers in some industries. Now corporate has rerouted your phone and will offer quotes to calls before you can even speak with them. There are no benefits at local offices. The owners are greedy money hungry and could care less about anyone but themselves.

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Kontras

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
