      The company has a lot of great people and front line leaders. They have a pension still, which is nice.

      Kontras

      Senior leadership has a micro management philosophy that is beginning to hurt the culture. If you don't work in a major hub it is difficult to transfer and move up.

      Pros

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
