The 401k match is the best perk at this company. Free lunch once a month, and $25 a month if you maintain perfect attendance. There's a Christmas party and 1-2 weeks off at the end of the year which is usually paid except for 1 or 2 days. There's a familial atmosphere on the production floor and the cultural diversity helps ensure there's always someone for you to connect with in some way. Management can be helpful and supportive, especially if you're in their good graces. If you do your job right and care about how you do it, you'll be in a good place here.

Communication and lack of employee appreciation. The pay is laughable and the gossip here matches that of a high school girl's bathroom. There is very little room for growth and opportunities for excelling; be prepared for stagnant work.
