Once in, you can stay forever. Very long retention of a lot of employees. People are great. You are able to work independently and run with your ideas. Never a dull moment.
Kontras
Always the crisis of the day, priorities are constantly changing and there are no departmental level strategic improvement plans beyond 6 months. Significant layoffs and staff quitting with no replacements makes getting work done difficult. The focus on contractors and off-shore perpetuates offloading of problems rather than building core strong business processes.
