Upper management was self centered and not focused on the reality of how the employees day to day life was. Former employees of the 3 companies ( non DCI) were treated terrible or fired. Many Executive Level employees all the way down to the Directors and some general employees are in an "Old Boys Club". You are treated as guilty when negative customer feedback happens instead of Innocent until proven guilty.
