Great cause. Lovely team. Full remote. One of the most unique workplaces anyone can find. Truly a global team. Annual retreats to foreign destinations - more travel for campaigners.

There is no trust between senior team and the rest of the company. Major issues between global north / south to solve, but nobody knows how to address. Not a lot of support for individual contributors who need to wear 10 hats because the team is too small. Not a lot of understanding around personal issues that may impact professional life.
