The pros are now gone.

CEO wants to put people in place that have no clue what they are doing. running long time employees out. Its become very cold and lost the family feeling. When you work hard and dedicate yourself to them you get pooped on. You are expected to work 24/7 and answer your phone at all times.

No Holiday Pay Extremely Limited PTO Unable to provide even 40hrs on a regular basis Extremely expensive benefits options Water and ice is not provided The biggest problem is there is absolutely zero communication of any kind. None between low management and employees and none between low level management all the way to upper management. For example, on day 10 of a 16 day DOT job, upper management had absolutely no clue that the project had stuffed major set backs from equipment breakdowns to scope of work and mix design failures, and had no clue that the project was less then one tenth complete. The Heavy Civil division is crippled by lack of knowledge and experience from project management all the way down to MOT.
