      - a lot of staff on at once makes for great variety. - busy weekends meaning work goes quick and always something to do.

      - poor management with little to no understanding of how to manage, allowing staff to take ridiculous amount of breaks, lower level staff taking ridiculous amount of vape breaks and seem to have no idea how to make any new spec drinks.
