The culture is very much just get it done, no matter the cost . And while the firm likes to say it's different from traditional consulting, the hours and pressure are very much the same, if not worse. It’s a high-pressure environment with little support, and while it might be similar to others in the industry, that doesn’t make it any more sustainable or enjoyable.
