Alixparnters is respected across the industry, which naturally complements my own professional reputation. I get front-row access to high-profile clients, which is perfect since I’m more than capable of handling that level of interaction.

For someone of my caliber, the compensation and benefits are laughably behind the market. Too many senior “fixtures” remain in place, contributing little of substance while clinging to their positions and dodging accountability. The org chart is top-heavy, which means there’s no room for someone like me to advance at the pace I deserve. There’s no structured training, though in fairness, I’m self-sufficient enough not to need it. Evaluations often feel based on favoritism rather than actual output, which puts high performers like me at a disadvantage when the politics don’t align.
