The job is fast paced and heavily monitored. Frequent layoffs. No opportunity for advancement. No annual raises. This job requires tremendous technical knowledge to support numerous software applications in a remote call center environment. You will be paid as a trainee but never be trained. You will be pulled into working on special projects, but not receive the pay rate for that project. Not many people stay very long. Most of us have a second job because we cant live on this low pay.
