Micro management runs rampant. It was normal to track data in 3 different places. PowerBI, Insight, and then in an excel spreadsheet that someone made up. The Territory Managers were tasked with doing way too much and their quotas were set sky high so very few actually earned their on target compensation. Senior leadership cares more about their expensive marketing campaign with the NFL than they do about paying their people. Territory Managers had not seen an increase in their on target compensation in close to 10 years.
