- Good for learning and get updated on tech. - Good number of holidays. - Give monitors to all the employees.

- Not much of perks as compared to other product based companies. - Hectic work life balance and workload is more. - A lot of contractors then full time employees in every team. - Pay scale is average and not that high (you can get more pay outside). - No outings for teams per quarter. - Do layoffs every year end or ask employees for force resignations. - A lot of approvals needed (pain) to execute functionalities for developers. - No onsite opportunity to other countries. - Not much of happening company and not good work culture (come to office, work, go home).
