Flexible, power of small teams, ability to make decisions to drive and influence positive change

Poor and almost absent management, no accountability, sabotage at times against team members, constant gate keeping, and lack of upward mobility and fairness in promotion and recognition. Very inexperienced management that caused several programs to fail, with no oversight. Some people do all the work while those that do little get promoted. Not a meritocracy, but a buddy system. Constant turn over, month over month, with no red flags being raised and turning a blind eye.
