Pros
Financially stable, backed by one of the most successful companies in NASDAQ. Smart people from many disciplines, almost 800 employees; the new building is amazing and has lots of pros: company's huge gym with free protein bars and showers, floors 24-32, amazing chef restaurant, dental clinic, huge kitchen in each floor equipped with all the best things you can think of, and again - very skillful and smart people, you can learn a lot from them. There's a huge Decathlon store at the entry level. There's a whole roof for dogs.
Kontras
The building is located in the most crowded place in Israel (Petah Tikva, Itzhak Rabin st.), the traffic is horrible. no public transportation at all. The restaurants in the near area are very expensive, most of them are junk-food. Align is the only High-Tech company in that building.
