-Pay is above market standard. Very impressive. -Benefits are very good. If you got in the company at the right time, you're feeling blessed by the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. -Great culture. -Cutting edge product and amazing Sales department that isn't afraid to invest in success. -Brilliant leadership by one of the best CEOs I've ever worked for. -I feel like the work I do is meaningful.

-Right now there is a massive Global push, but resources aren't being added to make the transition more feasible. What you're left with is a bunch of employees who are deflated and overworked. -Little to no recognition for accomplishments. I don't even think that HR announces most promotions. Some Sr. Directors or VPs may get recognized for role changes but that's it. -Not a clear pathway for advancement. I don't even know what the next step up would be for me. -No clear definition of roles. Middle management will throw more responsibilities on you but rarely promote you. -Too political at times. Lack of vision in our department
