Pros
Good people who are collaborative and have good intentions. Business decisions such as expansion into Manila were smart, and did keep costs down and provide some capacity relief for certain teams. Loved seeing women and POCs in leadership positions.
Kontras
Lots of business problems created by other teams that are shuffled around like hot potatoes. Lack of accountability on table stakes creates more customer pain. Multiple layoffs in the past two years haven't been catalysts for innovation - inhumane workload is distributed to underpaid, overworked staff. Loyal, tenured employees are discarded. Innovative strategies are abandoned midway, wasting time and money. Recent overhaul of C-Suite may have been necessary but new one is uninspiring, highly political and cutthroat. Perhaps not illegal but they've laid people off right before maternity leave, on vacation, or put them in situations where they get deported.
