The owners care about the employees, were still a contract security company so we are bound by the terms and rates of our contracts. But we truly care for our employees. All owners have open door policies and regularly have meeting with officers to hear their concerns directly.

Because of our size we do not have very good medical and dental benefits packages. We are hoping that will change soon.

It can be a solid position for someone who wants to get experience in the security field, stay active, and develop communication and observation skills.
