Pros
* Very nice people for the most part * Hybrid work M/T/Th in office, W/F wfh - it's very nice * They're very lenient on WFH on in-office days if you want/need * Fun codebase, you will always be learning new things.
Kontras
* Company has gone downhill a bit in the last 2-3 years. We've had a layoff each year, a few team reorgs, and general increase in pressure for SEs. * Communication is absolutely terrible. You will often have to play PM for projects and delays due to communication errors are frequent. * Lack of care from upper management, ends up causing the communication issues mentioned above. * Burnout is pretty common. * Pay is meh, you will definitely feel like you dont get paid enough for the work you put in. Overall, I think it's a good first job, but dont stick around b/c there's better options out there.
