EVERYTHING!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Can’t stand working for this company. This is the most hostile work environment I have ever been in. There is constant yelling and arguing back and forth. Helder and Elisa Lemos do not know how to run it efficiently and are impossible to work with due to them constantly changing their policies. They (especially Helder) have the shortest tempers of anyone I have ever met and are in serious need of anger management. I am so happy I quit working for that joke of a company, though I should’ve done it on day one. Seven months of stress.
