Amazing company, great professional experience - Product Manager bei Akhtaboot: Mitarbeiterbewertung

- The team is great. They are one of the best sales people who are helping the company to stand out - Nice office and good location - Good salary and commission

- NO Integrity at anything they do. Akhtaboot as a website for jobs. They post the jobs for free from Random companies and no one is looking at the applicants who applies. - CEO is not trust worthy and doing many things in an illegal way. he is micro-managing HR, Marketing & Sales while he is not experienced enough. Just got money from his father and opened his start up. - 4 out of 6 senior former employees, left the company in a very bad terms because of the CEO way of handling it. - The database is very weak but they are lying about the numbers. Company started to generate more products related to recruitment in order to at least break even with the expenses.

1. Extremely friendly work environment, everyone in the company is willing to help at all times 2. Management encourages juniors to play an active role in decision making 3. Management is transparent and clear about expectations. 4- They highly invest in employee training & development 5- Competitive Salaries 6- Work/life balance is deemed as a top priority 7- High level of autonomy, that means Akhtaboot has a flat hierarchy 8- Mistakes are tolerated and are considered part of the learning process

I've been working full-time at Akhtaboot for almost 3 years and I can't think of any downside of working there.
