Very few. The non-management co-workers were mostly nice.

Everything else. Super toxic environment. Management doesn't care at all about work/life balance. People are fired regularly. There is an unwillingness to make changes in an obviously dying industry.

Gym membership. Occasional fun around the office.

No real presence or direction from leadership. Very locked into the present but no vision for the future. It felt like they were leaning on the wrong people. If you stroke ownership's ego, you get ahead.
