Nepotism is rampant; anyone that advances is related to or "dating" someone higher up. Don't bother bidding on better jobs, they already have someone's family, boyfriend/girlfriend, or friend that they are going to give it to.
They also talk about others constantly, and are very misogynistic. They had to bring in a group of attorneys to talk to evetyone in the oasis (breakroom) due to a supervisor sending a d!ck p!c to a female employee.
They mandatory you to stay and if business slips down they want you to use your pto or vacation time instead of paying you, as if it's your fault business slowed down.
