Pros
1. Competitive salary 2. Free coffee(I don't drink coffee so, I never tried it). 3. Free food during and after a typhoon.
Kontras
1. Very minimal workload. Tell me a role in the company the has lesser workload than I had, I'll vote for this role. I had the most idle time of my life while I was with this company. 2.No recognition of the things that you do. 3. Full-time office setup in the post-COVID era. Commute going to work is challenging during typhoons. 4. Minimal work-life balance. 5. You'll get 10 vacation leaves. 6 of those will be used for the US holidays, leaving you with just 4 PTO's. Although, they'll allow you to WFH but only upon request and it has fixed length of days. 6.I was under a team lead who would only talk to you if you did a mistake. 7. No process documentations. 8. They assigned me with an additional role just to make me a little bit busy but this ad hoc role is just a tickle to my over-all workload. 9. No additional benefits aside from the free HMO. Other companies would provide free HMO's for the dependents, meanwhile in Airespring, they'd only subsidize the monthly premium for your dependents.
