My experience with this software company has been extremely disappointing. The management style is highly unprofessional, and the old employee who have the domain knowledge they didn't give you that thinking that it would harm their job or whatever. 1
Basic workplace etiquette and respect for employees seem to be missing, which makes communication difficult and frustrating.
If you’re looking for a healthy work culture, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company fails to deliver not only in professionalism but also in basic respect and work ethic.
