There are no pros at all.

They hire interns to make product for them to sell. They make fool of interns . They don't pay anything and will make you belive that they are doing you a favour by giving you industry exposure but actually its the other way around, if you are working free you are doing them a favour , there is no industry exposure the working environment is very unprofessional . Nothing is organised. No mentor to guide you and give you feedback. No professionalism at all.

The founders are thoughtful and hard working. They give a lot of freedom to think independently.

It is an early stage startup- soon expected to grow big!
