No requirements captured (made up as they go and refused to document), lack of leadership accountability (it’s always someone/something else’s fault, never the executives), overworked teams, huge attrition (over 50% in 2020). Culture has suffered greatly

Compensation feels uncertain at times; vendor invoices reportedly go unpaid, raising concerns about financial stability and continuity of operations. Product testing and safety validation are inconsistent or insufficient, with items being shipped without thorough evaluation. Leadership frequently downplays legitimate concerns, and decision‑making tends to favor a small inner circle. There is a noticeable double standard in expectations: some employees are allowed to “work from home” with extremely slow response times, and management appears comfortable with this inconsistency.
